1. Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipping
All products sold by Scholyna (operated by ProLuxury Limited) are digital files. We do not ship physical products. There are no shipping fees, no delivery delays due to couriers, and no tracking numbers. Your product is available immediately after payment is confirmed.
2. How You Receive Your Digital Product
After your payment is successfully processed:
- Instant Access: You will be automatically redirected to a download page where your file is immediately available
- Confirmation Email: You will receive an order confirmation email containing your download link within minutes of purchase
- Account Access: If you created an account, your purchased files will also be available in your account dashboard under “My Orders” or “My Downloads”

5. Did Not Receive Your Download?
If you completed payment but did not receive your download link or confirmation email:
- Check your spam or junk email folder
- Verify that the email address entered at checkout is correct
- Log in to your account and check “My Orders” or “My Downloads”
- If you still cannot access your files, contact us immediately at info@scholyna.com with your order number. We will resend your download within 1 business day
6. International Customers
Because all products are digital, we serve customers worldwide with no additional shipping fees or customs charges. Your files are accessible from any country with an internet connection.
7. File Formats
The format of each digital product (e.g., PDF, ZIP, MP4, PNG, etc.) is clearly stated on each product listing page. Please ensure your device supports the file format before purchasing. If you have questions about compatibility, contact us before completing your order.
