1. Nature of Digital Products
All products sold by Scholyna are digital products delivered via instant download. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive immediate access to download your files. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense, our refund policy reflects the nature of these products.
2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
- File Is Corrupted or Undeliverable: If the file you received is corrupted, damaged, or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 3 business days
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you received a file that is different from the product described on the product page
- Product Does Not Match Description: If the product you received is materially and significantly different from what was described or shown on the product listing
- Duplicate Charge: If you were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error
- Technical Issues: If you cannot access the materials due to technical problems on our end
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after accessing or downloading the materials
- Materials have been downloaded or accessed
- After the 14-day guarantee period has expired
- Materials were shared or distributed to others
- Dissatisfaction with exam results (our materials are study aids, not guarantees of exam success)
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact us by email at info@scholyna.com within 14 days of your purchase date
- Include your order number, the product name, your reason for the refund request, and any relevant screenshots or evidence
- Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and respond with a decision
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method

Access Revocation: Upon refund approval, your access to the materials will be immediately revoked and download links will be deactivated.
6. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly at info@scholyna.com before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension.

8. Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
9. Customized Products — Non-Refundable
Customized or personalized digital products — including custom exam guides created to your specific requirements — are non-refundable once:
- Work on the customization has begun, OR
- The completed file has been delivered to you
Before placing a custom order, please ensure your specifications are accurate and complete. If there is an error on our part, we will correct it at no charge or issue a full refund at your choice.
