Response Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Acknowledge Receipt: Respond within 24 hours to confirm receipt of your complaint.
- Review Content: Investigate the alleged infringement and take appropriate action.
- Prompt Removal: Remove or disable access to the infringing material if we determine it violates copyright laws.

Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice by providing the following:

- Consent to Jurisdiction: Agree to the jurisdiction of a federal court in the State of Montana, USA.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will:

Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate access to our services for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, consistent with the DMCA.
